I wrote this song last summer when you were a lunatic, when you always kept a bottle in your purse. I loved the way you would dance. You’d swing your soul for the world to see. You looked like the naked sun some nights. With your hair in your eyes; I couldn’t if I tried.

I swore you could fly if you put your mind to it right. And part of me still wishes you’d try.
Scribbling notebooks at 4am yeah yeah. And dancing on the window ledge yeah yeah.
